Refund Policy *100% of tuition is refunded to students whose written notification of withdrawal from a Weekly Class Series is received at least 4 days prior to the first class meeting. (No partial refunds) NOTE: A $10 Transaction Fee will be deducted from any Credit Card Refund. *100% of tuition (less $75.00 cancellation fee) is refunded to students whose written notification of withdrawal from a Workshop is received at least 30 days prior to the first day of the Workshop. (No partial refunds) *Full refunds of tuition is granted if a Weekly Class or Workshop is canceled, the day or time changes, or a course fills before receipt of a students registration form. Foundation Programs - *Refunds may be requested within the first week of the trimester. Any period of absence during the term, for any reason, will not be refunded. Refunds do not include the value of any trimester completed (after 1 st week) and $500 non-refundable deposit. TRANSFERS: To transfer from one Class to another, students must contact CAA at 303.442.0669. All changes must be completed before the second class meeting. Any transfers (workshop credit) from a Workshop to another must be approved at least 5 days prior to a Workshop. MISSED CLASSES: CAA does not allow make-ups for any missed classes. It is the student's responsibility to understand their schedule before enrolling in a class or workshop. COURSE CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: CAA reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or combine classes; to change instructors; and/or to alter curricula. Courses may be canceled on or before the first meeting if enrollment is insufficient. If a class is canceled or rescheduled, students may request a transfer to another class; otherwise, students will receive a full refund of tuition for the class that was canceled. GIFT CERTIFICATES : Gift Certificates are valid for only 1 year from the date issued. There are NO refunds on gift certificates.
