Plein Air Painting

Many plein air enthusiasts look to the summer & fall for the prime weather and color to paint landscapes in Colorado.

CAA's Plein Air class will be teaching this on-location at some great spots in the Boulder area.

The instructor will be demonstrating oil & pastel techniques and will also be available to help and critique each student as they progress through their own piece.

This is an opportunity to work on techniques, composition and color harmonies in landscape oil painting or pastel painting.

First session: Meets at the Colorado Academy of Art

Sessions 2 – 6: will meet on location (weather permitting)

Beginner to Intermediate level
