Chris GrovesBeing a native of Boulder, Colorado has allowed Groves to spend most of his life exploring and studying the Rocky Mountains and its surrounding areas. Allowing others to see through his eyes and experience all of his senses; during one particular moment in time and space is Grove's main intent for creating artwork. After a successful career as a corporate Art Director/Designer, Groves then trained extensively with Landscape Artist, Jay Moore. George Inness, Isaac Levitan, Ivan Shishkin, and Willard Metcalf, are among some of the other artists that he looks to for knowledge. Chris was featured in the March 2007 issue of American Art Collector.
