REGISTRATION PROCESS

(1) Submit printed Application & 7 slides or digital images of sample artwork.

Foundation Program

CAA's 1 - 4 year Foundation Program allows serious students to experience a classical art training. In addition to practical & theoretical classes, students are also expected to meet weekly, individual studio requirements. Enrollment in the Foundation Program is based on 3 tri-mesters (9 months) and select students begin in September. Students who would like to continue past the first year will be evaluated and accepted at the end of each year. (2 and 4 year Certificate Programs Available)

Current 1st Year curriculum includes:

-Cast Drawing & Painting	-Color Theory
-Drawing Fundamentals I & II	-Anatomy I - IV
-Figure Drawing I, II & III	-Composition
-Figure & Portrait Painting	-Art History
-Masters Reproduction	-Still life Painting
-Sculpture	-Artist Materials
