Note:

Most Community Classes are limited to 8 Students. Registration & Payment will reserve your spot in class and is on a first come, first serve basis.

 

 

Creative Book Arts

The Creative Book Arts series of classes teaches students how to make their own books.

Each six week session will focus on a different type of book structure such as accordion fold, sewn bindings, Japanese side-sewn bindings, and eccentric books including palm leaf and tetratetrahexagons.

Final projects will include books for use as journals, sketchbooks, photo albums, and/or memory books. Students will also learn ways to design covers and pages of their books using a variety of drawing, printing, and collage techniques.

Beginner to Intermediate
