Most Community Classes are limited to 8 Students. Registration & Payment will reserve your spot in class and is on a first come, first serve basis.

 

 

Beautiful Still life

This 6-week series is designed to introduce the basics of oil painting featuring the subject of still life.

The emphasis will be on approaching the subject through movement of light in the volume of space, though other topics, such as supplies and materials, concept, composition, tonal values, and color theory will also be involved.

All sessions will start with topical discussion and visual examples followed by one-on-one instruction with the Teacher.
